SWOT analysis is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats it is a planning method used often by a business to evaluate whether it is a good idea for a project or idea they have.
Strengths: An advantage the business will have to go through with the idea and tells them what will be positive about it.
Weaknesses: Factors that could put the business in a position with a disadvantage and gives negatives of the idea.
Opportunities: Things that could give the business a potential advantage.
Threats: Things that could cause problems for the project and put it at risk
